By accessing or using Finecho (the "Platform"), including any data, SEC filings, stock information, or analytics provided, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Platform. Finecho reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, with continued use constituting acceptance of changes.

Finecho provides a comprehensive market intelligence platform that aggregates, analyzes, and presents SEC EDGAR filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, proxy statements, and insider transactions), real-time and historical stock market data from major exchanges, advanced analytical tools, visualizations, and AI-powered insights, custom alerts, screening, and portfolio tracking features.

To access full platform features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. Finecho is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with security obligations.

Finecho aggregates public data from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), financial exchanges, and other third-party providers. While we strive for accuracy and timeliness, data may contain errors, omissions, or delays due to source processing. SEC filings are provided "as-is" from EDGAR; we do not modify or verify filing content. Stock prices, volumes, and related metrics may be delayed by at least 15 minutes for non-subscribers. Historical data is for informational purposes only and may not be complete.

CRITICAL DISCLAIMER: Nothing on Finecho constitutes financial, legal, or investment advice. All content, analyses, and tools are for educational and informational purposes only. You bear sole responsibility for any investment or trading decisions. Past performance does not predict future results. You agree not to: scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from Finecho without explicit written permission; reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code; use the platform for illegal activities, market manipulation, or fraudulent schemes; share, resell, or redistribute premium data to third parties; interfere with platform security, availability, or performance; impersonate any person or entity, or falsify account information.

All platform content, including but not limited to code, design, graphics, compilations, algorithms, and proprietary analytics, is owned by Finecho or our licensors. You retain ownership of your user-generated data (notes, alerts, portfolios), but grant Finecho a license to use aggregated, anonymized data for platform improvement. Public SEC filings and stock data remain in the public domain, but their presentation and derived insights are protected.

Finecho may suspend or terminate your access at any time, without notice, for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any conduct harmful to the platform or other users. You may delete your account at any time via dashboard settings. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately, though certain data may be retained as required by law.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. FINECHO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES, SO THESE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FINECHO AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR TRADING LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, DURING THE TWELVE MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM. FOR FREE USERS, LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO $100.

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Finecho shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Wilmington, Delaware, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Class action waivers apply.

Finecho reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or prominent platform notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
